Being a People Partner at Privalgo
At Privalgo, we are seeking an ambitious, authentic, forward-thinking, and passionate People Business Partner who is ready to make a significant impact. We need someone who can hit the ground running to deliver both strategic and day-to-day support to a designated group of stakeholders while embodying our principles, ambition, accountability & impact.
Working closely with the Director of People & Culture, you will help support the design and delivery of a variety of People initiatives that align with our business objectives and deliver impactful and meaningful results. Your accountability will shine through as you take ownership of your actions and decisions, demonstrating integrity and reliability in all aspects of your work.
You will be commercially minded with the ability to make decisions based on what is right for Privalgo, whilst also keeping employees at the heart and centre of everything that you do. You will be key in embedding a coaching culture, supporting and empowering our leaders with their own teams to help foster an environment of curiosity, learning and growth.

- Continuously improve all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring that our processes are streamlined and optimised for the best employee experience.
- Support the strategic redesign and implementation of a comprehensive new starter program that sets the stage for success from day one.
- Support Privalgo to expand globally by addressing all people-related initiatives, ensuring that we strategically manage growth while nurturing our company culture.
- Assess the learning and development requirements within the organisation and provide tailored solutions to bridge any gaps, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure ongoing compliance of our people policies by conducting regular reviews to ensure legal requirements, regulations, and best practices are adhered to at all times.
- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to review, design and implement efficient organisational structures, helping teams operate at their highest potential.

- 2-5 years of generalist HR experience, ideally you will already be in the FX industry, but not essential.
- Confidence is key. You will need to challenge at all levels, strategically influence and coach our leaders to be the very best.
