As a Finance Operations Analyst at Privalgo, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial stability and regulatory compliance within an EMI-regulated environment. This is a hands-on, analytical position that combines treasury operations, forecasting, and regulatory reporting with strategic insight to support our ambitious growth plans.
You will work closely with the Finance Director and Head of Treasury, managing liquidity, forward facilities, and client margin approvals, while delivering accurate forecasts and stress-test modelling to assess resilience under different scenarios. Your work will directly influence decision-making and help shape the financial strategy of the business.
Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy coupled with your analytical mind will be pivotal in navigating the challenges of this ever-changing industry. You will enable the Finance function to develop strategies and implement process automations that will enhance our financial reporting function.

Key Objectives and Initiatives- Liquidity & Treasury Operations
- Monitor liquidity positions and collaborate with the Head of Treasury on cash flow forecasting.
- Manage forward book and facility approvals, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies.
- Forecasting & Stress Testing
- Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, including scenario modelling and stress tests to evaluate business resilience.
- Provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders based on modelling outcomes.
- Regulatory Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of EMI regulatory reports.
- Manage improvements to the regulatory reporting processes.
- Review daily client money reports and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance with FCA requirements.
- Financial Analysis & MI
- Deliver detailed analysis of revenue streams and direct costs to support commercial decisions.
- Provide accurate and timely management information to stakeholders.
- Support automation of management information reporting and Power BI integration.
- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders as required, providing financial insight and management information to support and enhance business performance.
- Strong Excel and Power BI capabilities.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Experience in financial services (FX industry preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
