Privacy Culture Ltd is a specialist privacy consultancy and SaaS provider, partnering with leading organisations to embed sustainable privacy practices. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Manager to support the growth of our Consulting Services practice.
You will lead client engagements, manage junior team members, and act as a trusted contact across core services including privacy operations, DPO-as-a-Service, data subject rights, and privacy assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple privacy engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Lead DSARs, DPIAs, LIAs, ROPAs, and gap assessments
- Act as a key client contact, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Provide DPO-as-a-Service support, including governance meetings and regulatory advice
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and resourcing across engagements
- Allocate work across teams and escalate delivery issues where needed
- Support commercial oversight, including time tracking and scope management
- Review deliverables (policies, reports, SOPs) for quality assurance
- Contribute to internal frameworks and methodologies
- Monitor ICO/EU guidance and assess client impact
- Support proposals, SOWs, and pricing
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements
- Represent the business in workshops and events
- Strong knowledge of UK/EU GDPR and practical application
- Experience in consultancy, legal, or in-house privacy roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience delivering privacy operations (DSARs, DPIAs, ROPAs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent
- Experience in DPO-as-a-Service or outsourced privacy models
- Exposure to privacy tech platforms and commercial scoping
- Hybrid working (2 days in Fleet Street, London)
- Clear progression to Senior Manager/Director
- Diverse client exposure and emerging privacy topics (AI, data ethics)
