We are proud and honored to work with Oliveology & Natoora amongst many others. We are passionate about our simple, ethical and fair food ethos and we expect the same from our team.
Led by our head chef Riccardo, we are looking for an assistant cook / chef to work four days per week including both weekend days. We are a daytime only restaurant and the working day is approximately eight hours. We prepare all food in house, including bread, cake and desserts.
We are a small team and we are looking for someone with the necessary skills, attitude, passion and dedication to join us and enthusiastically play their part in keeping and evolving our standards in possibly one of the most unusual and quirky spaces in the London food scene. We are a seasonally led business given our location inside a garden centre with the usual ups and downs but we have a very loyal and expectant clientele and we are looking to evolve our menu and business further to cement our place firmly in the London ethical dining scene.
We serve a vegetarian, seasonally changing, modern Italian and Greek menu inspired by the ingredients, our suppliers, and our backgrounds. We use our own creativity and twists dependent on seasonal and local ingredients. Preference may be given to those with additional experience of cakes, pastry and dessert.
