Position: Unit Manager
Location: London, Horney street
Start date : december, 15th
Contract Type: Full-time, 40h / week
Reports to: General Management / Board of Directors
Languages: English other languages are a plus

Working Hours: Variable schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management
- Coordinate daily operations of the center (reception, bookings, games, cleaning, security)
- Supervise technical maintenance of game rooms and equipment
- Manage inventory and place orders (snacks, drinks, game materials)
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to maximize performance
2. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team responsible for the gaming area and bar
- Create work schedules adapted to customer flow
- Promote a positive and motivating environment
- Manage HR administrative processes (contracts, absences, evaluations)
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle complaints empathetically and effectively
- Create events, campaigns, and promotions to enhance the Prison Island experience
4. Financial Management
- Manage cash and daily financial flows, providing reports as needed
- Control operational costs and optimize expenses
- Assist in preparing budgets and monthly reports
