Prison Advice and Care Trust (Pact) is seeking a Family Engagement Manager to lead Pact’s family services at HMP Send, aligning with contractual and prison security requirements and Pact’s standards. You will deliver family-focused casework, assessments, advocacy and facilitate visits both in person and online.
You will also oversee the Visits Centre and its staff to ensure a positive visitor experience, while promoting prisoners’ health and well-being for their families and significant others.
