Prison Advice and Care Trust (PACT) is seeking a Family Engagement Worker to join the Pact Family team at HMP Stoke Heath. You will provide family casework support to prisoners and guidance to their families, facilitate prison visits and deliver family induction sessions.
You will work in a challenging multi-agency environment, advocate for families, develop referral pathways, and support volunteers and staff with high integrity and accountability. A probationary period applies.
