Pact, the Prison Advice and Care Trust, is seeking a Family Support Worker (Visits Centre Assistant) at HMP Stoke Heath to welcome families visiting inmates, provide information and guidance, and organise activities for children.
Based in the visitor centre, you will work with colleagues to ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed, support visits with calm, sensitive handling, and help improve our family support services across the site.
