Pact (the Prison Advice & Care Trust) is seeking a Family Support Worker to join the Pact Family team at HMP Belmarsh. You will support visiting families, assist with the Café Service, and organise play activities for children, linking with other Pact services to provide joined-up support.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, focus on customer service, safeguarding, data protection and inclusive practice, and contribute to a welcoming, respectful experience for prisoners’ families.
