Pact (Prison Advice & Care Trust) is recruiting a Family Support Worker based at HMP Belmarsh. You will be part of the Pact Family team, based between the Visitor Centre and Visits Hall, delivering support, advice and guidance to families visiting prisoners, and helping run the cafe service and children’s play activities.
The role requires excellent customer service, strong organisation, and a commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality within a prison environment.
