Prison Advice and Care Trust (Pact) is seeking a Family Support Worker at HMP Bristol to help families visiting in prison.
Based in the visitor centre, you will provide information, guidance and activities for children, ensure refreshments, and create a welcoming, supportive environment that reduces stress during visits.
You will work with colleagues and partner agencies to follow safeguarding procedures and continually improve family support services.
