The ERP Master Data & Operations Administrator will sit within the Business Operations function and support the day-to-day management of ERP (SAP) master data across Finance, Procurement, and Sales. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on the accurate creation and maintenance of key business data, enabling smooth transaction processing, reporting, and business performance. In addition to core ERP responsibilities, the role will provide flexible administrative support to functions such as Finance and Facilities where capacity allows. This may include supporting transactional activities and general business operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running across the organisation. The role operates as a shared service across Prismatic Ltd and Malloy Aeronautics, with time split between supporting both organisations. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across both entities to ensure consistent and accurate data management.

Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Create and maintain ERP Finance, Procurement, and Sales master data, including:
    • Business Partners (customers and suppliers).
    • G/L accounts, cost centres, and related finance structures.
    • Sales BOMs and associated data.
  • Provide ERP master data support across Prismatic & Malloy Aeronautics, ensuring consistency of data standards and processes.
  • Manage master data processes, ensuring approved data requests are in line with internal controls and procedures.
  • Support audit activities by ensuring data is traceable and well-documented.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal master data queries.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
  • Liaise with business functions to resolve master data issues.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity for reporting and operational use.
  • Contribute to ongoing data clean-up and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to businesses as required.
  • Prioritise core ERP responsibilities while flexing to support wider business needs.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP S/4HANA (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable following structured processes and approvals.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple business functions as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, data manipulation).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FI.
  • Experience in a finance, procurement, or operations support role.
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or shared service environment.
  • Basic understanding of finance, commercial and procurement processes.

  • Location: Alton (Hampshire), UK.
  • Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (excluding breaks). Hybrid working (where applicable), giving you the flexibility to balance time between home and our offices (norm is 3 days a week).
  • Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience.
