Prismatic Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electronic Design TA to lead avionics hardware development for our HAPS programme, reporting to the Avionics Team Lead.

You will blend hands‑on design with technical leadership, delivering lightweight, reliable electronics for stratospheric platforms in a defence environment.

Key activities include design authority for avionics, reviews (PDR/CDR), Df M/DFT, supplier engagement, tests, and mentoring engineers while ensuring safety and design integrity.
