The ERP Master Data & Operations Administrator will sit within the Business Operations function and support the day-to-day management of ERP (SAP) master data across Finance, Procurement, and Sales. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on the accurate creation and maintenance of key business data, enabling smooth transaction processing, reporting, and business performance.
In addition to core ERP responsibilities, the role will provide flexible administrative support to functions such as Finance and Facilities where capacity allows. This may include supporting transactional activities and general business operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running across the organisation. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across both entities to ensure consistent and accurate data management.
- Create and maintain ERP Finance, Procurement, and Sales master data, including:
- Business Partners (customers and suppliers).
- G/L accounts, cost centres, and related finance structures.
- Sales BOMs and associated data.
Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP S/4HANA (2β5 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple business functions as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, data manipulation).
- Exposure to SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FI.
- Basic understanding of finance, commercial and procurement processes.
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (excluding breaks). Hybrid working (where applicable), giving you the flexibility to balance time between home and our offices (norm is 3 days a week).
