We are a fractional marketing agency supporting ambitious, growth-focused businesses who have realised their marketing strategy and activity is key to achieving their revenue ambitions. Instead of hiring multiple separate roles, our clients receive a comprehensive solution that includes all necessary marketing resources.

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will ensure strategy and plans are executed at the highest level across a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with the appropriate Client Services lead and the PRISM⁔⁔ CMO to bring marketing plans to life and enhance execution quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing marketing campaigns across channels like email, social media, web content, blogs, and more.
  • Writing, editing, and producing on-brand content for multiple clients, adapting tone and style for each audience.
  • Scheduling and publishing social media content across platforms.
  • Building and deploying email campaigns with attention to detail.
  • Providing advice and support to less experienced marketing specialists.
  • Making website updates and applying SEO basics.
  • Pulling together performance reports for review by senior team members.
  • Supporting events and promotional activities.
  • Proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
