So, who is PRISMāµāµ? We are a fractional marketing agency that supports ambitious, growth-focused businesses. Our clients realise their marketing strategy and activity are key to achieving their revenue ambitions but may not be at the stage where building a full in-house team makes financial sense. Instead of hiring multiple specialists separately, our clients receive all necessary marketing resources in one flexible solution.
For the clients we work with, we are not a supplier or an add-on, but part of their marketing team. There are no random handoffs or gaps in ownership; strategy, management, expertise, and execution all live under one roof.
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist as part of our service delivery, ensuring strategy and plans are executed at the highest level. You will work across a portfolio of clients as part of their extended marketing function, executing the planned marketing activity directed by a PRISMāµāµ CMO and collaborating closely with the appropriate Client Services lead.
You will produce great emails, write social posts that stop the scroll, and analyse previous efforts to create better performance for our clients. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, it is important to engage with clients to identify and clarify information and validate challenges received directly from them. This requires strong judgement, effective decision-making, and knowing what to change and why to deliver their marketing objectives.
Whether you are crafting website updates or coordinating the delivery of a white paper, you will think about the brief, spot areas for improvement, and apply your experience to ensure the final output meets expectations. You will be guided by senior team members, but the quality of execution and responsibility for performance rests with you. At PRISMāµāµ, we take the quality of our output seriously.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing marketing campaigns and activities across channels like email, social media, web content, blogs, and more, ensuring accuracy and adherence to briefs.
- Writing, editing, and producing on-brand content for multiple clients, adapting tone and style for each audience.
- Scheduling and publishing social media content across platforms, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
- Building and deploying email campaigns, paying close attention to copy, formatting, and details that drive performance.
- Working with other operations team members, providing advice and support to less experienced marketing specialists.
- Making website updates and applying SEO basics to keep client sites current and performing.
- Pulling together performance reports and summarising insights for review by senior team members and Client Services.
You should have hands-on marketing experience from various sectors and audiences, confident in executing across different channels as part of simple and complex campaigns. You are a doer who takes satisfaction in producing great work, meeting deadlines, and seeing campaigns perform well. You care about quality and detail, noticing discrepancies such as mismatched images or missing calls to action.
You can write well and adapt your voice to switch between brand tones and audience types. Familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms is essential, along with a willingness to learn and upskill on new ones.
We offer fully remote or hybrid working options in Exeter, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and genuine career development with day-one exposure to CMO-level strategy, senior marketing management, and specialist expertise.
