About Prism

Prism is an AI‑native recruiting platform scaling delivery on a fast‑growing book of recruitment contracts across tech/engineering, finance/professional services, and generalist roles. We’re hiring a Junior Recruiter to join our team in London and work alongside senior recruiters to own the full lifecycle on roles — sourcing, screening, candidate management, and light client handling — all powered by our own Prism platform.

The role

You’ll learn full‑cycle recruitment by doing it, with the leverage of an AI‑native toolset that does the heavy lifting on sourcing, outreach, and admin. The bottleneck on our growth right now is people who can run roles end‑to‑end — this is a chance to ride that wave from day one.

What you’ll do

  • Source candidates via Prism and LinkedIn across tech, finance, and generalist roles
  • Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients with strong submission packages
  • Manage candidate communication end‑to‑end (outreach, scheduling, feedback)
  • Support client relationships under a senior recruiter’s guidance
  • Help shape how we use Prism to scale delivery — you’ll be a power user of the product

Must‑haves

  • 0‑2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency, in‑house, or RPO)
  • Strong written communication — clear, concise, professional
  • Comfortable with high‑volume LinkedIn outreach
  • Hungry, coachable, ambitious — you want to be a great recruiter, fast
  • Right to work in the UK

Strong‑to‑haves

  • Experience in tech, engineering, or finance recruiting
  • Exposure to ATS or modern sourcing tooling
  • Based in London (hybrid working)

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (we’d love a Prism power user)
  • Multiple language ability (esp. European languages)

Compensation, location & type

  • Compensation: £30‑45k base, depending on experience, plus performance bonus
  • Location: London (hybrid). Open to UK‑remote for the right person
  • Type: Full‑time, permanent
