You will be a key part of ‘Create’, our creative team that delivers social-first ideas and content across sport, entertainment, automotive and consumer brands. This role is perfect for a conceptual thinker with a passion for crafting culturally relevant, platform-native ideas that audiences want to engage with. You’ll work closely with content producers, designers, editors, strategists and senior creatives to deliver thumb-stopping work that connects with audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
As our Social Creative, you’ll be expected to:

- Develop ideas and executions across the full spectrum of social content: short-form video, memes, stories, carousels, platform-specific formats and more.
- Write for social with a sharp, adaptable tone of voice.
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists and producers to bring campaigns to life in the most relevant and engaging ways for each platform.
- Create mood boards, storyboards, copy, scripts and mock-ups to sell in creative work both internally and externally.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, trends and tools that influence content consumption and audience behaviour.
What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience working with brands in sport, entertainment and lifestyle (automotive/luxury a bonus).
- Experience working in a creative or social-first agency environment.
- A deep understanding of how people interact with content across different platforms – and how to optimise creative for each.
- A confident storyteller: able to pitch ideas internally and externally with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Copywriting skills tailored for social (short, sharp, engaging).
- Confidence with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, plus PowerPoint for presentations.
- Awareness or experience of working with creators/influencers and co-creating content.
- A team player with energy, curiosity and passion for pop culture, sport, and digital creativity.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to manage time and deadlines across multiple projects.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working on live/reactive content for real-time campaigns.
- Confidence in overseeing social shoots or briefing creators/production teams.
- Motion/animation/After Effects skills.
