The Role:

This role sits on our Entertainment part of Prism business, working on our clients partnerships with music festivals, events and activations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Account Executive with a passion for entertainment, who is keen to use their initiative and ideas to support our agency success. This will be responsible for supporting the senior team with the day to day running of key client accounts, helping to shape agency responses to client briefs and managing workflow through the agency and client review processes.

You will regularly participate in briefing meetings and help to co-ordinate our response to briefs. You will be enthusiastic to understand project and account management and how it manifests in our industry, whether it may be an activation delivery, content brief or other marketing and communications related requests. You will show an ability to work efficiently, priorities tasks and handle day to day administrative tasks such as project plan tracker, meeting minutes.

Key Skills:

  • A passion for music, sport and entertainment and an appreciation for the relationship management and commercial aspects of this space
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and quality output
  • A friendly, flexible approach and an ambition to contribute across our client portfolio
  • The desire to immerse yourself in our agency environment and to contribute to the wider agency culture
  • First-class organisation skills with a composed logical approach to work
  • An understanding and appreciation of marketing, communications, event and other consumer experience activations and disciplines, with a desire to learn or prior experience of marketing, partnerships and activations planning.
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a strong appetite to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
  • The pride and work ethic to ensuring a high quality of projects against client expectations, strategies and tactical plans
  • Naturally curious and forward thinking; always striving to take the initiative & be proactive
  • Ideally had exposure to event management processes
  • A collaborative team player, who remains calm under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship management, collaboration and coordination with both clients and agency network teams on a local and global level
  • Ability to provide updates to the senior account team / client teams as necessary of status of projects, workflows, outlining key actions and next steps and flagging issues/queries as appropriate
  • Arranging meetings and understanding clients’ requirements
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and team up to date
  • Updating project plans and supporting with other administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized
  • Managing suppliers or supporting with campaign activations or events on-site
  • Updating campaign status to the client or other stakeholders
  • Creating or contributing towards written communication materials including client presentations, case studies, marketing materials and reporting materials for stakeholders and clients
  • Good stakeholder management and confident client facing skills
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
