This is a full-time on-site position based in Wakefield for a Service & Repair Scheduler. The role involves organizing service and repair appointments, coordinating with field engineers, maintaining efficient schedules, and providing exceptional customer support. The Scheduler will ensure that clients receive prompt service, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and handle administrative tasks related to scheduling and client accounts.
Qualifications
