Overview

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Location: London. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that will close in 16 days at 23:59 GMT.

Role overview: To lead and deliver the strategic performance of a PRS and small BTR portfolio, driving value through active asset management and driving efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Drive and deliver the portfolio performance to achieve all portfolio KPIs (TPR, NOI, Value, Rental Growth, Occupancy, Retention)
  • Lead annual budget setting for the portfolio
  • Identify innovative opportunities to increase the portfolio market value and enhance portfolio performance through value-add initiatives
  • Undertake regular site visits and asset inspections
  • Work in tandem with the Asset Management and Operations team to ensure compliance with all regulations, including the Renters Rights Bill
  • Completion of accurate and regular reporting

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Educated to Degree level (property related) or commensurate experience
  • RICS qualification preferable
  • Experience in direct asset management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in managing capex projects and refurbishment programmes
  • Knowledge of relevant housing legislation including the Renters Rights Bill
