We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our growing healthcare consulting team. At Prism, we work alongside NHS organisations to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance, service delivery, and patient outcomes. Our team works alongside clinical and operational NHS teams to design and implement improvement programmes that create lasting change.
In one of our delivery roles (as a delivery consultant or lead), you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of healthcare improvement programmes, helping NHS organisations implement practical solutions that improve care and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in the NHS, healthcare improvement, or consulting who want to develop their consulting career in a fast-growing, impact-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Maintaining programme governance structures and delivery plans
- Tracking progress against programme milestones and supporting reporting to clients
- Supporting the design and implementation of improvement initiatives
- Embedding the Prism delivery model, tools and templates across programmes
- Supporting data collection, analysis, and monitoring of improvement metrics
- Building good relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Supporting the facilitation of workshops, meetings and working groups
- Communicating programme progress and insights clearly and effectively
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals with experience in healthcare improvement or programme delivery who are passionate about supporting NHS organisations to deliver sustainable improvements. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment, able to bring structure to complex programmes, and committed to delivering high-quality outputs for our clients.
Experience
- Background in the NHS, healthcare consultancy, or a similar environment
- Understanding of programme management approaches and delivery tools
- Experience supporting or leading healthcare improvement programmes or projects
