We are looking for someone with proven experience managing website performance and social media strategy with a clear focus on commercial outcomes — not just vanity metrics.
- Strong content creation skills across written, visual, and short-form video formats, with an eye for what works on each platform.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, paid social, and Google Ads, with a track record of generating qualified leads and measurable ROI.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable in Google Analytics, social insights, and reporting tools, and able to turn data into decisions.
- Experience managing multiple brands or channels simultaneously, keeping messaging consistent and strategies distinct.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can brief designers, brief copywriters, and brief the MD with equal clarity.
- A self-starter who moves fast, tests ideas, learns quickly, and takes ownership without waiting to be told.
