Not many tech companies can genuinely claim to be doing something different, but my client can. They are the only B Corp certified public cloud provider in the UK, and every bit of their infrastructure runs on power matched 100% with renewable energy. It is a company that backs its values with action, and that shows in how they operate, how they invest, and how they treat the people they hire.
They are looking for a Frontend Developer to own the building and maintenance of their main website. You will work closely with the creative lead and external agencies, turning designs into polished, performant pages using a modern stack built around Next.js, React, Tailwind, and Strapi as the headless CMS. This is high-visibility work - the website is the public face of the business - so you will have real ownership of something that matters from day one. The role is fully remote and open to full or part time candidates, which reflects how they think about flexibility and trust.
What They're Looking For:
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - strong, hands-on working knowledge
- Next.js and React - building and maintaining production websites
- Tailwind CSS
- Strapi (headless CMS)
- Git and GitHub - source control in a team environment
What You'll Work With:
- Next.js / React front-end stack
- Tailwind for styling
- Strapi as the headless CMS layer
- GitHub for version control and day-to-day workflow
Nice to Haves:
- Ruby and/or Go (backend exposure)
- Ruby on Rails
- Interest and experience in UI/UX design
- OOP, design patterns and code composition
- GitHub Issues and Projects for project management
- Agile methodologies and sprint rituals
- Pair programming
Why Join / Projects:
The main website is the company's shop window, and you will be the person building and maintaining it. Your work is visible and directly tied to how the business presents itself externally. You will collaborate closely with the creative lead and agencies, which means real variety in the briefs and plenty of scope to shape how ideas become reality on the front end. Beyond the product, this is a company that takes its ethics seriously. B Corp certification is not just a badge - it shapes hiring decisions, investment choices, and how the team is looked after day to day. If working for a company with genuine values as well as interesting tech matters to you, this one is worth your attention.
Employee Benefits:
- Fully remote working
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Aviva pension scheme (5% employer contribution)
- Salary sacrifice pension option
- Private healthcare via Vitality (including dependants)
- Gym membership
- Personal development days for hobbies and learning
- Dedicated training budget for professional development
Worth a conversation if this sounds like your kind of company - apply and I'll give you a call.
