The Role
You’ll design intuitive human–agent interactions and shape the core experience of a new suite of AI-native products. You will take ideas from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes, build scalable design systems, and drive user research that informs product direction. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑moving environment where you’ll contribute directly to zero‑to‑one product development.
Non‑Negotiables
- Degree in Design, HCI or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product design experience within SaaS/PLG environments
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience designing AI‑powered or agent‑driven applications
- Strong grounding in user research, usability testing and design thinking
- AI‑native mindset — you actively use AI tools in your workflow
- Startup/scale‑up experience; comfortable designing products from scratch
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams independently
What You’ll Work With

- Design systems that scale across multiple AI products
- Rapid prototyping from idea through to high‑fidelity execution
