We're working with a growing software business in the housing and property maintenance space that’s building a SaaS platform for housing associations and local authorities. They’re currently 25 people, scaling steadily, and have built two mobile apps alongside a core web platform used to manage repairs, contractors, reporting, and tenant communication.

This role sits between the CEO, CTO, COO and Systems Manager, taking ownership across the full product estate. It’s a blend of Business Analysis, Product, and Project Management, but they need someone happy getting into the detail rather than just coordinating from the sidelines. You’ll be involved in architecture, integrations, roadmap planning, client discussions, and delivery across all three products.

There’s a lot going on over the next 12-18 months, including building offline capability into the contractor app, improving the reporting and dashboard suite, embedding AI features into the platform, and helping shape the architecture for a full SaaS rollout to housing associations. You’ll also be working closely with the leadership team in a small business where decisions happen quickly and your input will actually carry weight.
