The Role
You’ll join a small, high-calibre engineering team building AI-native products from the ground up. In this role, you will work across the full stack to architect, build, and ship production systems powering multimodal AI agents. You’ll design intuitive interaction models for human–AI collaboration, develop scalable backend services, and rapidly prototype new features at pace. You’ll also work directly with the founding team to shape technical direction, defining the platform architecture and helping build a genuinely new category of agent-led product development. This is a true 0→1 engineering environment where you’ll have deep ownership and impact.
Non-Negotiables
- Full-stack engineering experience with production delivery
- Ability to ship end-to-end features in containerised environments
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid experimentation

- Founder or founding engineer background
- Experience building interfaces for agentic workflows
- Exposure to LLMs, multimodal models, or agent UX (AX)
