Why Join / Projects
You will take ownership of the day-to-day marketing engine across websites, campaigns and automation, supporting lead generation across two product lines. Your work will directly support two different go-to-market motions: inbound lead generation for smaller biotech and academic customers and enterprise account expansion within major pharmaceutical organisations. You will manage websites, build landing pages, create email campaigns and support events while working closely with sales and RevOps to improve lead flow and campaign performance. The role also includes ongoing website development projects, with sites moving to WordPress and marketing infrastructure evolving. There is also strong interest internally in using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and campaign execution. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership and wants to run marketing campaigns end-to-end rather than operating purely at strategy level.
