We’re working with a well-established software business operating in the life sciences space, building platforms that sit at the heart of how labs manage data, workflows, and increasingly, AI-driven processes. They have a genuinely global footprint, with teams across the UK, US and Europe, and a customer base ranging from early-stage biotech through to some of the largest, most recognisable organisations in the sector.
This role sits within the marketing team, reporting into the CMO, and supports the delivery of a well-established but evolving global events programme. You’ll help run a mix of international conferences, smaller customer events, and a steady cadence of webinars. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll coordinate planning, execution, and post-event follow-up, working closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to ensure events contribute to pipeline and customer engagement.
Non-Negotiables- B2B Events (1–3 years’ experience)
- Trade Shows & Conferences (supporting end-to-end delivery)
- Webinars (planning and execution support)
- Lead Generation (understanding of pipeline impact)
- CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Stakeholder Management (working with sales and marketing teams)
- Event Logistics (vendors, shipping, on-site support)
- Global Events Programme (10+ conferences annually)
- Customer Events (user groups and one-day sessions)
- Webinar Platforms (Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar or similar)
- Marketing & Sales Teams (cross-functional collaboration)
- Event Agencies (particularly for US delivery)
- Marketing Collateral (event-specific content and assets)
- Data & Reporting (ROI, engagement, performance tracking)
- ABM (account-based marketing exposure)
- Life Sciences (industry familiarity)
- SaaS (previous experience in a product-led business)
There’s already a solid events engine in place here, but it’s continuing to evolve. You’ll join a programme spanning global trade shows, owned customer events, and monthly webinars, with the chance to help improve how events are delivered and measured. You’ll gain strong exposure across the full events lifecycle rather than being limited to admin support. This role offers the opportunity to build experience across planning, execution, stakeholder management, and commercial follow-up. It’s a collaborative setup too. You’ll work closely with sales on attendee targeting and follow-up, with product marketing on messaging and demos, and with senior stakeholders involved in events. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and making things run smoothly, this would be a strong next step.
Employee Benefits- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Flexible holiday scheme (buy or sell up to 5 days)
- Pension scheme

- Medicash healthcare plan
- Dental and prescription coverage
- Death in service (3x salary)
- Flexible working hours
