This is a six-month-old business doing 6 figures a month in revenue and growing. They create ads for DTC and ecom brands, but not in the way most agencies do. You would own the creative strategy process from the moment a client is onboarded. AI handles a good chunk of the initial research, so the human work starts where it matters: deciding on the angles to test, writing the scripts and copy, briefing the actors and UGC creators, watching the data, and iterating until something sticks. New clients come in on a 90-day sprint. Most stay on as retainers. The working arrangement is remote-first, but this is not a pure desk job. There are shoot days, roughly six to eight a month across studios in Slough and Birmingham.

What They're Looking For:

  • DTC and/or ecom ad creative experience
  • Strong ad scriptwriting and copywriting skills
  • Experience building multi-angle paid social creative strategies
  • Comfortable reading and acting on ad account performance data
  • Briefing experience: actors, UGC creators, video editors

What You'll Work With:

  • Meta and paid social ad platforms
  • AI-assisted research tooling
  • In-house production team: production manager, resourcing manager, media buyer
  • UGC creators and actors

Nice to Haves:

  • Agency-side DTC or ecom background
  • Experience managing or developing junior creatives
  • Familiarity with broader performance marketing - CRO, landing page strategy

Why Join / Projects:

The revenue has gone from zero to 6 figures a month in six months. The demand is there, the pipeline is ahead of capacity, and the founder knows the next step for the business is getting the right person in to lead the creative function so he can step back from operations. That person would come in as the most senior creative mind in the business, with a clear path to managing a team of four or five strats as the agency continues to grow. If you have spent years making ads that feel a bit too commercial, this is a different way of working. For the right person there is also meaningful commercial upside on the table. The founder is open to structuring equity or revenue share alongside the base salary for someone who sees themselves building something here long-term.

Employee Benefits:

  • £60,000 base salary
  • Equity or revenue share available
  • Remote-first working arrangement
  • Occasional studio shoot days in Slough and Birmingham
  • Annual team trips and away days
  • Generous expenses culture across a small, close-knit team
