The Programme
The CMS transformation formally began in June and is nearing the end of Phase 1, with development almost complete. The focus is now on:
- Integration, migration and testing
- Preparing for go-live around Easter
- Supporting documentation, training and post-go-live support
- Shaping discovery work for Phase 2, delivered with an external implementation partner
The organisation currently operates multiple CMS platforms and is rationalising, migrating and decommissioning legacy systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Mapping as-is / to-be states across CMS platforms
- Leading exploratory and discovery analysis
- Supporting: System integrations, Large-volume content and data migrations, Testing, rollout and post-go-live support
- Helping define and evolve the application support model
- Producing high-quality documentation for business and technical audiences
- Leading workshops, training sessions and stakeholder meetings
What We’re Looking For
Core experience
- Proven experience as a Technical / Technology Business Analyst
- Extensive commercial experience implementing headless CMS (Kontent.ai strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of: Content models, Taxonomies, Editorial workflows
- Experience working in content-led, pricing or data-driven environments
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data migration
- Confident operating across the full SDLC
Technical capability
- Strong technical mindset and confidence engaging with engineers
- APIs, JSON, HTML and system integrations
- SaaS and Azure-based cloud environments
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro and Lucidchart
- Aware of information security and compliance requirements
- Interest or experience in AI-enabled products (e.g. LLMs) is desirable
Ways of working
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident facilitating workshops, testing and training
- Comfortable working in hybrid Agile / Waterfall environments
- Experience working with third-party vendors and delivery partners
