We’re supporting a well-established, multi-site entertainment organisation in hiring a Head of Technology Operations to lead the evolution of technology services across 6 venues and 2 offices, supporting 300+ users in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role focuses on improving technology service delivery, strengthening operational maturity, and driving digital transformation across the organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure technology services effectively support venue operations, customer experience, and commercial performance. The role is service leadership focused rather than deeply hands-on, with responsibility for service management, operational governance, vendor management, and technology transformation across a complex multi-site environment.
Key priorities include:
- Maturing IT Service Management – improving processes, governance, and service visibility across currently fragmented tooling and support models
