What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Lead the European offensive security function, managing a team of expert red teamers and researchers operating like an elite adversary group
  • Work closely with enterprise clients including CISOs and security leads to help them adopt and operationalise the platform. You’ll explain threats, tactics, and platform findings in a commercially relevant way
  • Guide the team in identifying and developing high-impact offensive techniques that matter — not just what’s exploitable, but what’s material to business risk
  • Feed real-world adversary tactics into the platform to create repeatable, automated red team behaviours that scale
  • Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to evolve how offensive security is delivered as a service, replacing repetitive testing with intelligent automation
  • Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical depth across the Labs team

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership in an offensive security team, ideally with a background in red teaming, adversary simulation, or exploit research
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and modern attack surfaces
  • Experience engaging with CISOs and senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate technical threats into strategic insight
  • Passion for building systems and techniques that scale, ideally in a SaaS or product-led environment
  • A self-driven leader who’s excited by the mission of turning red teaming into a product
  • Certifications like CCT or CCSAS are welcome, but deep practical experience matters more
