You’ll design intuitive human–agent interactions and shape the core experience of a new suite of AI-native products. You will take ideas from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes, build scalable design systems, and drive user research that informs product direction. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑moving environment where you’ll contribute directly to zero‑to‑one product development.

Non‑Negotiables

  • Degree in Design, HCI or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product design experience within SaaS/PLG environments
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
  • Experience designing AI‑powered or agent‑driven applications
  • Strong grounding in user research, usability testing and design thinking
  • AI‑native mindset — you actively use AI tools in your workflow
  • Startup/scale‑up experience; comfortable designing products from scratch
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams independently
