I'm working with a statutory advisory body that supports leaseholders across England, and they're partway through a serious digital modernisation. Two senior hires have just landed, and now they need a Delivery Manager to wrap around the rest of the portfolio. The role is fixed-term, 18 to 24 months, sitting inside the digital function and reporting into senior digital leadership.

What They're Looking For

  • Several years of delivery management or project management experience
  • Track record running multidisciplinary teams through agile ceremonies
  • Supplier procurement and contract management experience
  • Comfortable communicating with board-level stakeholders, able to push back constructively
  • Outcomes-focused, not paperwork-focused
  • Risk management experience

Nice to Haves

  • A mix of private and public sector experience (digital agency, charity, central government department)
  • Charity or NGO exposure

Why Join

This is real digital work in a sector that genuinely affects people: leaseholders trying to navigate extensions, service charges, and the broader leasehold framework. The team is small enough that you can see what your work is actually doing, and the 18-24 month runway means you get to finish the things you start. There's a proper mix of supplier-side project management and internal facilitation, so you won't be stuck running the same ceremony in a loop. 35-hour week, sensible hybrid (mostly home, 1-2 days in Kings Cross), and a team that's already been through enough delivery cycles to know what good looks like.

Employee Benefits

  • £60,000 salary
  • 18-24 month fixed-term contract
  • 35-hour working week
  • Hybrid working, typically 1-2 days a week in Kings Cross
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 10% non-contributory pension
  • One professional subscription paid
  • Training and development support

If this sounds like your kind of role, apply and I'll give you a call.
