You will be responsible for the data and AI capability across a legal platform that delivers AI-powered due diligence and contract review tools. The focus of the role is on maintaining and enhancing existing AI systems, ensuring they continue to perform, scale, and deliver value alongside platform growth.
You will lead a team of around 15 people and play a key role in shaping direction, priorities, and standards across the function. This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, reporting directly into the CEO. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office, and a planned start date around March.

- Strong experience working within a Microsoft-centric technology environment.
What You’ll Work With

The interview process is straightforward and transparent: an initial informal chat, time spent meeting the wider team, and a technical interview.
