Our client is a world-leading independent production and distribution group that produces some of the most popular TV programmes in the world. We are recruiting a Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a fun, diversity-focused and dress-down culture organisation based in the Holborn / Tottenham Court Road area. The role is on a hybrid model with non-negotiable in-office requirements, currently every Tuesday.
This dual-role position is ideal for someone who can confidently manage multiple technology projects while capturing, analysing, and translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll support the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and stakeholder communication, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively, on time, and to scope. You’ll also play a key part in helping to standardise project management practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key skills:
- Experience managing cloud storage migrations (AWS), AWS data projects, and server migrations to the cloud
- Exposure to network projects, network engineering, and collaborating with senior engineers on upgrades and implementations
- Solid BA skills – ability to understand problems, liaise with technical people (network engineers, cloud specialists, tech producers), and translate into workable solutions
- Experience with core business applications, Okta integrations, and security/multi-factor authentication
- Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Wrike, Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence – able to operate in fast-paced, sometimes stressful production environments and quickly find technical solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage concurrent projects across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and core applications
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Consult with engineers and production stakeholders to design workflows (e.g. how networking and cloud infrastructure support live content delivery)
- Oversee project scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Support testing, training, rollout, and handover to operational teams
- Contribute to improving project tools, templates, and processes
