Nutanix Engineer with strong hands-on production experience required to help run and improve the hosting platform that underpins regulated, high-availability customer services.
Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Working pattern: 5 days onsite for first 3 months, then 4 days office / 1 day WFH
On-call: 1 in 10 weeks, reducing further as the team grows
My client supports business-critical hosted platforms used across healthcare, finance, manufacturing and supply chain, with customers in more than 80 countries. They are a long-established global software business with private ownership, serious technical depth, and the kind of stability many firms talk about but few genuinely offer.
Non-Negotiables:
- Nutanix (strong hands-on production experience)
- Nutanix AHV
- Nutanix Prism
- Large-scale virtual machine estates
- Linux (RHEL or equivalent)
- Troubleshooting across compute, storage and virtualisation
- Incident / change / problem management processes
- Production support in a 24x7 or on-call environment
