Overview

We’re hiring a driven Software Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle, turning inbound interest into revenue and proactively building a strong pipeline. Working cross-functionally with marketing, software development, and our project management team, you’ll engage with prospective clients, positioning our software as a must-have solution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospect, qualify, and close opportunities
  • Identify customer challenges and match them with the right solutions
  • Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and deliver reliable forecasts
  • Keep CRM data clean, current, and actionable
  • Partner with marketing to sharpen messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently hit (and exceed) sales targets
  • Feed customer insights back to product to shape future development

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in inside sales (ideally B2B SaaS/software)
  • Strong communicator—clear, confident, and persuasive
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Comfortable understanding client requirements and communicating our solutions.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for tech and relationship-building
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar (nice to have)
