Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business development engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's market presence.
Tendering & Proposal Development:
- Lead the preparation of bids, tenders, and commercial proposals, working closely with technical and commercial teams.
- Develop compelling value propositions tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure profitable business opportunities.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to align business development efforts with company capabilities.
- Provide strategic input on pricing, service offerings, and partnership opportunities.
- Regularly report on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
Experience:
- Experience in renewable energy projects (offshore wind, hydrogen, carbon capture).
- Proven track record of winning contracts and growing business in the offshore energy sector.
- Strong understanding of project delivery and commercial models.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
