We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Project Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, within the energy and infrastructure sector. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting operational activities, ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of projects in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
As a key liaison between engineering, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders, the Project Engineer will oversee surveying, estimating, scheduling, and resource planning to meet project objectives. This role requires strong organisational skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities.
The Project Engineer will also support safety and compliance activities, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimise project performance. Proven experience in a construction, operations, or coordination role, preferably within offshore wind or energy sectors is essential.
