Prism 7 Resourcing is now looking for a warehouse picker/packer to work on an ongoing basis in the Wickford, Essex area. This role is ready for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading and marking picking lists
  • Locating stock using location codes
  • Warehouse maintenance (ensuring clear stock locations and a tidy warehouse)
  • Weighing and counting large quantities of stock
  • Labelling products
  • Packing and palletising various jobs ready for dispatch
  • Checking orders
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Working across multiple departments
  • Identifying location errors
  • Stripping pallets
  • Other ad-hoc warehouse duties

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to routinely lift boxes up to 25kg
  • Must be comfortable using a ladder
  • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a trustworthy, reliable, team player

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. These roles will start as 8am - 5pm; however, after a few weeks these may change to one of the below options:

  • 6am - 3pm
  • 7am - 4pm
  • 8am - 5pm
  • 9am - 6pm

Pay rate: £12.71/h
