Class 2 Tanker Driver – Rainham, Essex – Full Time 5 am to 3 pm or 6 am to 4 pm | £16.50 per hour | £150 monthly attendance bonus.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Class 2 Tanker Driver to join a well-established company based in Rainham, Essex. Established in 1997, our client is a leading supplier of portable toilets, towable welfare units, and luxury toilet trailers across London, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire. With a reputation for providing service that exceeds expectations, they take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions for every customer. Qualifications
- Holds a Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Able to complete each job fully and manage the day's workload efficiently
- Strong organisational and routing skills
- Reliable and able to take direction
- Smart, tidy appearance and committed to wearing appropriate PPE
- Safety-focused and professional at all times
- Willing to be part of an on-call emergency rota (1 week in every 5)
Responsibilities
- Clean and refresh portable units and welfare cabins to a high standard
- Carry out servicing on large-scale events
- Empty large effluent tanks and refill water bowers
- Use water hydrants and empty vehicles at sewage treatment works (STW)
- Keep your vehicle tidy, clean, and well-maintained
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues
- Liaise with the office regarding any queries, following non-service procedures
- Carry out additional yard or service route duties as required
