Priory Hospital Woking is looking to recruit an Integrative/CBT therapist to join the team. This is a full‑time / 37.5‑hour role on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. We want to make sure more people can access the support they need, especially at a time when many are feeling the pressure financially. That’s why we’re offering reduced rates for inpatient mental health treatment at Priory Hospital Woking, in the South West of London. The care, expertise and environment remain the same, with pricing adjusted to make treatment more accessible.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients’ wellbeing.
- Deliver integrative psychotherapy combining CBT with other evidence‑based approaches, tailored to individual patient needs across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide structured one‑to‑one and group therapy for a range of mental health conditions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team at Priory Group / Priory Hospital Woking to support recovery, risk management, and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and ensure therapy delivery aligns with professional, ethical, and safeguarding standards.
- Support service development through outcome‑focused practice, contributing to high‑quality therapeutic care within a specialist mental health environment.
What you’ll bring to the role:
