The Lighthouse in Stroud, part of Priory, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist 5-bed residential home for young females aged 13–18 with mental health needs. Full-time, site-based role at 37.5 hours per week with a £50,000 salary.
You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, oversee care planning and safeguarding, and lead a skilled care team to deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic support in a stable, supportive environment.
