The Old Rectory is a residential service, which is located in the village of Brede, in East Sussex. We support 15 males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. The service is located in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. We provide high quality, bespoke, meaningful activities for our residents both on site and in the community, tailored to meet their individual’s needs. We’re looking for a CQC Registered Home Manager who’s passionate about people and driven by excellence in care. You’ll take full ownership of the home — from quality and compliance to budgets and performance — while keeping what matters most at the heart of everything you do, exceptional care and real outcomes for the people we support. Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion. Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health & safety, and licensing. Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice. Develop your team through training, motivation, and support, promoting professional growth and high-quality care.
