Kneesworth House is a level 2 rehabilitation service providing a range of specialist recovery pathways at one site, located in Royston, Hertfordshire, within a purpose-built facility and spacious grounds.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
- Take clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, strategic reviews, and developing a therapeutic milieu.
- Serve as Responsible Clinician for patients detained under the Mental Health Act (1983).
- Supervise referrals and admissions, contributing to pre-admission assessments of young people with other team members.
- Offer a psychiatric perspective to the multidisciplinary team in relation to assessment, formulation, and treatment of adults.
- Contribute to management meetings and clinical governance meetings, helping to develop service strategy.
