Priory Beacon House is a Residential Addiction service in Melton. We are looking for a Residential Addiction Service Manager to join the team on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours. It is home to Flourish, our pioneering therapy-led addiction programme offering bespoke treatment for a wide range of addictions in a calm, homely environment. Set within a supportive community, Beacon House provides a safe haven away from the stresses of daily life and is part of our wider network of residential addiction treatment homes across the UK.
Delivered by qualified therapists in a non-medical setting, Flourish offers an alternative to traditional hospital-based treatment. It is ideal for people who do not need a medical detox or ongoing medical care but would benefit from structured therapy, community connection, and practical tools to achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery.
This role will be responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of a therapy-led residential treatment service, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for individuals struggling with addiction and, in some cases, neuro-diversity, while also managing colleagues and client care. This role will be important in ensuring that all colleagues are focused on providing positive outcomes for the people we support, in line with regulatory standards and company key performance indicators, policies, and procedures. Managing and running the service as a financially profitable and viable business is essential for the people we support, Priory, and external stakeholders.
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
