Llanarth Court Hospital is a well-established secure facility with 96 beds across 7 wards, offering high-quality care for forensic patients with complex mental health needs. We are expanding with two new purpose-built 14-bed units and are looking for a Registered Psychologist to join our experienced and supportive psychology team.

About the Role: You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, formulation, risk assessment, individual and group interventions, and staff training. The role includes opportunities for reflective practice and professional development.

What We're Looking For: A creative and compassionate professional with strong formulation and intervention skills, and a commitment to supporting recovery in secure care settings.

  • Essential: HCPC registration as a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist
  • Postgraduate qualification in psychology (final-year trainees may apply)
  • Desirable: Experience in forensic settings
  • HCR-20 trained
  • Skilled in at least one therapeutic model
