Priory in Blackpool is seeking a Registered Manager to lead two new residential services for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will be responsible for overall home management, budgets, quality and compliance, and delivering outstanding care.
You will inspire your team to provide person-centred care, develop staff skills, and engage residents in meaningful activities within the community. A Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care is required or pursued.
